I made a mistake, can I cancel my order?
Maybe. If you've made a purchase by mistake send me a note immediately. If I've already shipped your purchase I will not be able to cancel, sorry.

What about shipping or returns?

Do you wind yarn?
Yes. I charge $2.00 per skein for winding yarn. Note that wound yarn is non-returnable and can delay your order shipping out. Find it here: Yarn Winding

What if I order a quantity of yarn? How can I be sure you won't send mixed dye lots?
I always send same dye lots. If I do not have enough of the same dye lot to fulfill your order I will contact you by email. The exceptions will be in the case of yarn that does not have dye lots, like Malabrigo or Dream in Color. If I cannot find reasonable matching skeins I will contact you.

What types of payment do you accept?
Purple Sage Yarns uses Paypal, major Credit Cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Facebook Pay for all order processing. You can also use your credit card with Paypal without having a Paypal account.
